Applications
It is impossible to describe all of the applications covered by
nanoJura’s measurement services.
They go from cosmetic and dermatological studies to studies of components manufactured by
the mechanical, steel and electronics industries. Features that are
measured and analysed include profiles, step heights, surface
topography, distances, areas and volumes, form, roughness,
waviness, flatness, coplanarity, grains, ...
Reports generated by nanoMap® surface analysis software
Our profilometers carry out contact measurement and non-contact measurement as required. Measurement data is analysed using nanoMap®. Accurate and readable analysis reports include metrological parameters that conform to national and international standards, depending upon your requirements.
The new parameters defined in ISO 25178 on 3D areal surface texture are fully supported by MountainsMap® v5, together with older 2D parameters defined in ISO 4287, ISO4288, ISO 11562, ISO 12085 and ISO 13565.
